Transaction history
When a customer connects their account(s) via Connect and agrees to share their transactions with you, Bud will by default request up to 1 year's worth of transactions from the customer's bank. Depending on the account type and bank you may be able to retrieve a longer transaction window if needed.
Some of the providers we connect to don't provide the full 12 months of data.
In the table below you will be able to identify how much transaction history you can pull from various banks and account types. If you're interested in retrieving more than the default 1 year's worth of transactions, please speak with your Bud account manager or raise a support request.
